Additional responsibilities include positioning Schneider Electric’s cybersecurity portfolio, supporting Industrial Digital Transformation (IDT) go-to-market initiatives, and building strong customer relationships to accelerate growth.All key information at a glace: Start & Location: Immediately, Düsseldorf or Frankfurt am MainContract type: Permanent Vacation: 30 days Working hours: 40 hours / weekYour IMPACT: Drive cybersecurity sales growth through account development, opportunity identification, sales support, and contribution to compelling proposalsUse market insight, customer intimacy, internal relationships, and cybersecurity industry knowledge to generate pipeline through existing and new sales channelsPosition cybersecurity solutions that address customer business needs and align with IDT Schneider Electric’s global approachPartner with the global Schneider Electric IDT sales organization and technical experts to translate cybersecurity services into measurable customer outcomesMaintain strong knowledge of Schneider Electric cybersecurity offers, related technologies, and target vertical industries to support consultative sellingShare market feedback with IDT sales and global product or service teams to strengthen value propositions and improve offer competitivenessSupport sales enablement, forecasting, opportunity tracking, commercial documentation, and training activities as requested by the Global CS Commercial DirectorYour Profile: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a computer-related field with proven experience in consultative sales of high-tech or cybersecurity solutions (ideally international) Strong analytical and commercial skills to assess needs, qualify opportunities, and translate complex requirements into sales strategies Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with a strong team-oriented mindset Solid knowledge of OT and industrial cybersecurity (including ICS/SCADA); certifications such as IEC 62443, CISSP, or CISM are a plus Strong technical understanding to credibly discuss industrial automation with customers and collaborate with engineering teams Proactive, results-driven, and able to drive opportunities through to closure Skilled in identifying new market segments and growth opportunities for cybersecurity solutions and services High level of enthusiasm, resilience, and professional customer-facing attitude Willingness to travel up to 50% within the DACH region Fluent in German and EnglishOur Offer: You will be part of a growing company with a positive industry reputation, who is a recognized leader in a market where energy services are in demand We provide the freedom to make your own decisions.
