AWWG HRBP Coordinator, DACH, Eastern & Western Europe
Working closely with our business areas, they help implement the business strategy from a people perspective.
We are currently looking for an HR Business Partner based in Duesseldorf to join our team of HRBPs What will the role entail? HR advise and support to assigned business areas:
- Being a link between the assigned business areas and the HR department to support the human resources processes that are required.
- Develop solutions that allow each business area to comply with its strategy.
- Resolve labor doubts that involve employees in your business area.
- Guarantee that each business area has efficient structures, as well as advising on the lateral movements, promotions, succession plans, when necessary to have them.
- Advice to the assigned business areas to detect problems or conflicts in their teams and provide guidance in resolving them.
- Participation in the last phase of the selection processes to align culture and values with the new incorporations.
- Administrative management of corporate and retail processes (promotions, terminations, retirement, leave, etc.) and human resources communications to employees and managers (remote working policy, bonus communication, code of conduct, etc.)
- Design and implementation of HR policies that support the continuous improvement and professionalization of the area.
- Creation of global reports of the national and international HR activity that allow measuring the KPIs of the department
- Minimum experience in a generalist HR role of 1-2 years in the German Market.
- University degree in Human Resources, Employee Relations, Business Administration, or similar is desirable.
- Professional working proficientcyin Spanish, English and German . Both will be checked throughout the recruitment process. Additional languages will be valued.
- Strong Excel skills.
