Hugo Boss Sales Manager Eastern Europe (f/m/d)
In this role, you will be responsible for the strategic and operational expansion of our business in Eastern European markets, including responsibility for revenue and earnings, managing and developing client relationships, and consistently implementing our brand and sales strategy on the ground.
The position is initially a two-year fixed-term contract.

- Conducting product and strategy training sessions for sales associates at the point of sale (POS) and online
- Supporting the planning of pre-order, inventory, and return budgets for Eastern Europe, as well as tracking NOS (not-on-stock) trends at the POS level
- Analyzing pricing in key markets compared to the competition and leading sales data analysis to identify slow sellers and best sellers
- Develop a long-term collection plan in coordination with area managers and analyze seasonal performance by product category
- You will independently manage pre-order and reorder processes. Your focus will be on both increasing sales and collaborating with your stakeholders
- At least 2 years of wholesale experience in the fashion industry, as well as fluency in German and English
- Bring your sales talent and expertise to the table and inspire our Eastern European clientele with our latest collections at our new, modern "Wolkenbügel" showroom
- Willingness to travel extensively outside of the ordering periods to provide optimal support to your clients
- Communication is our greatest strength-get involved and approach people with openness and enthusiasm
- Skills such as strong organizational abilities and analytical thinking in sales will help you achieve revenue goals together with your team
