To strengthen its product organization, our client is currently looking for a Product Owner (d/f/m) - SAP MM/IM. This is a fully remote position open to candidates based anywhere in Germany.If you're passionate about building impactful software products and shaping the future of digital supply chain solutions, this is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference.Your Responsibilities:Own the product strategy and roadmap for digital solutions in materials and inventory management within complex supply chain environments.Lead product discovery and delivery, ensuring customer needs are translated into scalable software solutions.Drive the integration of materials management processes with leading ERP platforms (e.g., SAP MM/IM) to enable reliable and efficient data exchange.Design and enhance digital workflows that reflect industry best practices for materials planning, inventory control, and warehouse operations.Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, UX/UI, quality assurance, and other business stakeholders, to deliver high-quality software products.Conduct market analysis, gather customer feedback, and prioritize product initiatives based on business value, customer needs, and technical feasibility.Foster agile product development practices and promote continuous improvement across the product organization.Your Profile:At least 6 years of experience in product management, ideally within supply chain, ERP, or enterprise software environments.Strong expertise in SAP Materials Management (SAP MM/IM); experience with additional ERP solutions such as Oracle is considered an advantage.Proven ability to translate operational materials management processes into intuitive digital workflows, business processes, and user experiences.Solid understanding of agile product development methodologies and experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, architecture, QA, and UX.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in international and cross-cultural environments.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.Our contact:Charisma-Tec GmbHRethelstraße 3840237 DüsseldorfE-Mail: [email protected]: 0211-170905-00Web: We welcome applications from all qualified candidates, regardless of ethnic, cultural, or social background, gender identity, sexual orientation, beliefs, religion, age, disability, or family responsibilities.
