Internship Brand Activation Hair & Body EU

What you´ll do

• Support the European Brand Activation team in developing holistic 360° activation concepts for our core brands of Henkel Consumer Brands in Europe
• Assist in creating successful european activation plans to maximize brand impact along the entire consumer journey
• Conduct independent trend research and analyze consumer needs, media, activations and competitors
• Monitor and coordinate european activation campaigns and independently derive overarching insights and action points
• Manage creative agencies in the development of activation executions and serve as a key contact for internal stakeholders, including brand management teams, as well as external partners
• Support the company in maximizing long-term strategies and propose brand–country activation combinations

What makes you a good fit

• Student who has successfully completed the first semesters of studies in business administration, marketing or international business
• Initial practical experience in project management, brand activation or media management through previous internships
• Advanced English language skills
• Confident use of common MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• Strong interest in trends, innovation and a good understanding of digital touchpoints
• Willingness to work in cross-functional teams and characterized by reliability
• Open and communicative personality with a passion for constant change, a strong entrepreneurial mindset and networking skills

We offer you an attractive salary between €1.050-2.270 gross per month. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
