Your responsibilities

• Supporting the back office in daily business activities related to billing and implementation in key account sales, particularly for industrial electricity customers, as well as handling confirmations.
• Supporting Lean Management activities aimed at continuous process improvement, for example as part of digitalization initiatives.
• Providing administrative assistance to the team, e.g., during vacation cover or peak periods.
• Participating in meetings and preparing analyses and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Your profile

• You are an enrolled student (m/f/d) in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable field of study
• Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of Microsoft PowerTools (Power Query, Power BI or similar) is an advantage
• Ability to understand and communicate business processes and concepts
• Strong communication skills and customer orientation
• Analytical abilities with regard to data and numbers
• Strong sense of teamwork and reliability; accuracy and attention to detail
• Fluent German skills are required; good English skills are a plus
