Germany Delivery and Logistics Manager

About the Role

This role is responsible for end-to-end Order Fufillment management, and country logistics management including local warehousing, and last-mile delivery operation of Xiaomi whole products appliances across the country. You will own national delivery performance, vendor management, cost optimization and key logistics projects, closely collaborating with European regional teams and local cross-functional teams to ensure efficiency, stable and scalable supply chain fulfillment.

Job Responsibilities

• End-to-end country's Order Fufillment management, including DAP/CIP/FCA trade terms;
• Design logistics network strategy and solutions to optimize the E2E efficiency and cost.
• Country logistics management including LSP KPI management: Manage and assess local logistics vendors (warehousing, transportation, last-mile) via KPI/SLA tracking to drive service standardization and quality improvement. Analyze local logistics costs, identify efficiency and cost-saving opportunities, and lead related optimization projects.
• Logistics Operations management: including customs clearance and local warehousing logistics and last-mile delivery. Manage daily warehousing, distribution and installation delivery operations, continuously improve local bulky cargo delivery capability and user experience, and align execution with European regional logistics strategies.
• Lead local logistics project implementation including warehouse iteration, new logistics model rollout and vendor tendering. Collaborate with local GTM, sales, supply chain, procurement and European regional teams to resolve operational issues and ensure delivery of business and project goals.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Logistics, Supply Chain or related fields is preferred.
• 3-5 years logistics, supply chain or delivery operation experience; large home appliance/bulky cargo logistics experience is preferred.
• Familiar with local logistics processes including customs clearance, warehousing and last-mile bulky cargo delivery; relevant local operation experience is a strong plus.
• Proficient in data analysis, with solid capabilities in vendor management, cost control and on-site project execution.
• Strong cross-team communication, problem-solving and multi-task coordination skills, adaptable to matrix cross-regional collaboration.
• Fluent in English for daily work; local language proficiency is preferred.
