German Sales Consultant (L2) – Remote Freelance

Role Overview

We are hiring an experienced French-speaking Sales Consultant (L2) to support a client in the industrial components distribution sector. You will be part of the Sales Support (L2) team, acting as a key point of contact between the company and its customers.

A key part of the role involves video sales calls with customers, guiding them through MISUMI products and closing deals. This is a technical, customer-facing sales position where you will represent the client professionally and help ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.

Contract Type: Freelance (100% remote)
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 4 hours/day between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM CET
Minimum: 20 hours/week
Training: 4–5 days, approximately 15–20 hours total, paid

Training Start: 3rd or 4th week of October, depending on candidate availability

Compensation:

• Training: €14/hour
• Production : €15/hour

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute video sales calls with customers, presenting MISUMI products and closing deals.
• Represent the client professionally during customer-facing video calls.
• Manage data in the CRM and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Keep strict control of follow-ups and outcomes, ensuring timely and consistent follow-up.
• Use internal and external email accounts, calendars, CRM and other systems in an integrated manner.
• Support L1 and administrative tasks during idle periods when required.
• Collaborate with international teams to meet performance goals.

Requirements

Language Skills

• High-level fluency in German (C2)
• Good command of English, both spoken and written
• Strong written communication skills

Technical Requirements

• Stable broadband internet (LAN connection required)
• Desktop or laptop (Windows 11+ or macOS 15+)
• Minimum specifications: 1.8GHz+ processor, 8GB RAM, 10GB free disk space
• Wired USB headset

Experience & Background

• Proven experience in real sales and closing deals — not only lead generation, marketing, or surveying
• B2B sales experience is preferred; B2C sales experience is also acceptable
• Experience conducting video sales calls and representing a company professionally to customers
• Strong communication skills and a professional appearance for client-facing video calls
• Ability to present products, understand customer needs, and confidently close sales
• Experience managing CRM systems and customer follow-ups accurately and consistently
• B2B experience and experience in a technical field are valued
• Education in sales, business, engineering, or a related field is a plus
