Our client, a leading global ICT Technology Group Company,is recruiting for a ICT Channel Sales Specialist to join their business in Germany. Position Title: Channel Sales Specialist Position Type: External Employment Contract Start Date: ASAP Location: Duesseldorf or Frankfurt, Germany Contact: Jo Tianchang Li | +49 (0) 89 23 88 98 42 Responsibilities: Help the distribution sales team with the following tasks: Achieve assigned distribution sales targets and support shipment planning. Maintain and strengthen the distribution partner network. Manage stock levels and assist with joint sales and promotional activities. Support channel business planning and help identify areas for improvement. Assist in implementing distribution policies and growth plans. Help recruit, manage, and enable key partners (e.g., gold/silver partners). Coordinate business goals with partners and monitor competitor channel trends. Support product planning, requirement collection, and go-to-market activities. Organize partner training sessions and solution introductions. Execute joint marketing campaigns and support partner events. Requirements: Experience in channel sales, distribution, or partner management (preferred). Strong communication and coordination skills. Ability to work with multiple partners and manage daily operations. Proactive mindset and willingness to support both sales and marketing tasks.
