Senior Specialist Digital Marketing (m/f/x)

The head office for the DACH and EEC markets, covering 13 countries with more than 2,700 employees, is in Düsseldorf and is the main location of around 500 employees.

A day in the life of a Senior Specialist Digital Marketing (m/f/x):

• Own the digital marketing strategy and execution for one of our key Pure Player partners across TOMMY HILFIGER and CALVIN KLEIN
• Plan and execute data-driven digital marketing campaigns that balance brand objectives with commercial priorities
• Translate global marketing calendars into tailored partner marketing plans to deliver best-in-class consumer experiences
• Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using KPIs and market insights to drive continuous improvement
• Build strong relationships with Pure Player partners and collaborate with local, regional, and global stakeholders
• Identify market trends, optimize processes, and drive innovative digital marketing initiatives

What do we need from you? You have:

• University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable qualification
• 3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, eCommerce, eCommerce Marketing, or a Digital Marketing Agency
• Experience working with Pure Players, online marketplaces, or wholesale eCommerce partners is a plus
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, campaign planning, and performance marketing
• Analytical mindset with experience using marketing tools and KPIs to drive business decisions
• Ability to balance brand objectives with commercial priorities
• Creative, proactive, and solution-oriented approach with strong stakeholder management skills
• Excellent written and spoken English and German
