Salesforce Solution Architect (d/f/m)

What you´ll do

• Lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, and Consumer Goods Cloud for Adhesive Technologies.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business and IT stakeholders, ensuring governance, compliance, and alignment with architecture strategy.
• Guide, manage, and mentor the Salesforce Architecture Team, supporting capability development and effective resource planning.
• Ensure architecture solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant, meeting both current and future business needs
• Drive process efficiencies through standardization, simplification, and continuous improvement.
• Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture, providing architectural guidance and quality assurance across delivery teams

What makes you a good fit

• Master’s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent)
• Enterprise Salesforce expertise with 7–10+ years of IT experience, including 5–7+ years designing and delivering Salesforce solutions
• Leadership of large‑scale Salesforce implementations across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and ideally Consumer Goods Cloud
• Strong Salesforce solution architecture and design skills, including data modeling, security and sharing, automation, scalability, and performance optimization
• Proven integration experience connecting Salesforce with ERP and enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, SAP CPI, and event‑driven architectures
• Architecture governance capability, defining and applying standards, best practices, and design principles across multiple delivery teams
• Salesforce certifications highly desirable (CTA, Application Architect, Sales Cloud Consultant, Consumer Goods Cloud);
• Fluent English required, German a plus
