Project Manager Replacement Sites (m/f/d) for Vantage Towers
- You drive the end-to-end delivery of infrastructure projects by conducting daily site reviews to ensure all milestones and targets are met on time
- You manage central control for all replacement measures , including permitting and dismantling, to ensure cost-efficient and timely execution
- You oversee order management and supplier discussions, including offers and purchase orders, to maintain accurate cost control
- You collaborate with lease management to secure site access and ensure all contracts and negotiations remain compliant
- You act as the primary point of contact for customers , providing priority coordination and transparent status reporting on critical milestones
- You proactively manage risks and escalations to safeguard delivery commitments and minimize service disruptions during temporary solutions
- You identify and implement continuous process improvements to optimise efficiency and enhance the overall customer experience.
- At least 4-6 years of professional experience in telecommunications infrastructure projects
- A completed university degree in a relevant field or a comparable qualification
- Proven expertise in leading large-scale Network Rollout initiatives
- Strong background in professional project managemen t and high-level customer negotiations
- Fluent German (C1) and English (C1) skills , both written and spoken
