Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) Vertriebsaußendienst
Eurofins seeks an outside sales representative to develop and expand the customer portfolio in asbestos analytics and sampling. The role involves new customer acquisition, relationship management, client presentations, and collaboration with internal departments to deliver tailored solutions.
Responsibilities
- Actively acquire new customers through targeted cold outreach and relationship development
- Conduct client meetings, represent company at trade shows, and present services professionally
- Process customer inquiries, prepare proposals, follow up consistently, and support public tenders
- Collaborate with technical departments, laboratories, and sampling teams to develop solutions
- Build and maintain long-term business relationships with key accounts
Requirements
- Sales, account management, or business development experience with proven cold-calling ability
- Strong communication skills, confident demeanor, and customer-facing aptitude
- Sound technical understanding and ability to learn complex service offerings quickly
- Preferred experience in technical sales, B2B, construction, engineering services, or lab analytics
- Self-directed, organized work style with high motivation and initiative
- Proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems
- Fluent German (written and spoken) and valid Class B driver's license
