As an Optometry Master , you will take on the responsibility for what truly matters: customer experience, optical quality, and team spirit. You won’t just have a job; you’ll make a difference on the floor.

Your Responsibilities

• Conduct internal training sessions in the store focused on optometry, utilizing the latest technology.
• Provide expert advice to customers and support your colleagues with optical concerns.
• Perform refractions and ensure that they are conducted according to standards within the team.
• Oversee all technical equipment and contribute your expertise to store management.

Your Requirements

• Relevant experience in refraction and/or contact lens fitting.
• Completed training as an Optometry Master.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude to engage customers with our products.
• A team player who collaborates to achieve company goals.
