Norwegian-Speaking Customer Support Advisor I Greece-Based I Relocation Support

We are looking for Norwegian-Speaking Customer Service Agents in Greece supporting customers across various international projects.

Working Location: Greece. This role is only remote in Greece. Work remotely anywhere in Greece.
Work Model: Remote
Language: Norwegian – C1/C2 level
English: B2–C1, depending on the project
Compensation: €1,300 gross/month (paid over 14 months ) + performance-based bonus of up to 20% of the salary/month, depending on the project
Relocation Package: 4 weeks hotel accommodation, airport pick-up, flight ticket, and real estate agency fee
Working Schedule: Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend shifts depending on the project

Applicants must already have the legal right to work in Greece. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist with products, orders, payments, deliveries, warranties, and returns.
• Troubleshoot basic issues and provide effective solutions.
• Handle complaints and escalate complex cases when needed.
• Manage customer cases and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Provide timely updates and deliver professional, customer-focused support.
  

Requirements

• C1/C2 level of Norwegian
• B2–C1 level of English, depending on the project
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities
• Customer-oriented and solution-focused approach
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced international environment
• Basic familiarity with CRM systems and digital tools is an advantage
