Job Title: Marketing Procurement Specialist (m/f/d)

Job Location: Düsseldorf, Germany

Contract Role – 18 months

About the role:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Procurement Specialist to join our Procurement team in Düsseldorf. This role plays a key part in managing the end-to-end procurement process for marketing-related goods and services, ensuring strong supplier relationships, and supporting the team in achieving cost-efficient and high-quality outcomes.

Main Responsibilities:

• Assist the Procurement Manager in establishing benchmarks for goods and services.

• Manage procurement processes from A to Z, including clarification of requests, commercial negotiations, and contract management.

• Evaluate supplier performance systematically and develop strategic partnerships with vendors.

• Monitor and report on procurement activities and fulfillment status to the Procurement Director.

• Support the implementation of procurement strategies in alignment with company policies and compliance standards.

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of marketing and retail business operations.

• Professional experience in procurement, supply chain, or related fields.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in English and German (written and spoken); Chinese language skills are a plus.

• Basic knowledge of project management principles.

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
