Responsibilities:
- Build, nurture, and manage strong relationships with C-level and senior decision-makers within enterprise financial institutions.
- Own and drive the full account lifecycle – from onboarding and retention to expansion and renewal.
- Develop a deep understanding of each customer’s business, IT strategy, and regulatory landscape to position relevant ISP solutions.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across WAN, Cloud, and Security portfolios.
- Collaborate with pre-sales engineers, solution architects, and product teams to design tailored solutions that address customer needs.
- Meet and exceed revenue and growth targets across assigned accounts.
- Monitor account performance and customer satisfaction, ensuring issues are addressed proactively.
- Provide market feedback to internal teams to support continuous improvement of products and services.
Skills/Must have:
- Proven experience in account management, business development, or sales within the telecommunications or IT services industry.
- Strong track record of managing enterprise customers, preferably in the financial services sector.
- Solid understanding of WAN (MPLS, SD-WAN, Internet), Cloud (public/private/hybrid), and Security (firewalls, managed security services, compliance).
- Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at senior levels (technical and non-technical).
- Commercial acumen with the ability to negotiate and close complex deals.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently while collaborating with internal teams.
Salary:
- €120,000 max
