This is your chance to join the C&A team as a eCom LOG Operations Working Student (m/f/d), you will take ownership of certain parts of our supply chain and project management.

Your responsibilities

• Monitor optimal daily customer order and return fulfillment KPIs in selected areas
• Support the continuous improvement program in cooperation with the 3PL warehouse operations to optimize the cost-benefit ratio
• Support the supervision of the 3PL cost budget in defined business areas
• Create clear performance reporting on operational processes and/or KPIs
• Support communication and cooperation with customer representatives within C&A and external service providers
• Support inbound supplier delivery compliance and evaluate Value Added Services in case of supplier deviations
• Monitor inbound claims within C&A if data transfer issues occur. Coordinate with the C&A Tech department
• Support the Transport Manager with any logistical questions regarding click & collect store deliveries and returns

What you bring

• Currently enrolled in a university program in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field
• Affinity for and basic experience in logistics, preferably in e-commerce
• Affinity for and basic experience in project management and stakeholder management
• Effective communication skills, high resilience, and proactive, solution-oriented attitude
• Ability to prioritize and deliver on a high number of tasks with varying workloads
• Creativity and attention to detail
• Fluent in English; knowledge of German is beneficial
