Your responsibilities

• Advising HR Business Partners and other stakeholders on individual and collective labour law matters, including employment, social security and collective bargaining law
• Providing legally sound assessments and translating complex legal issues into clear, practical and business‑oriented advice
• Preparing briefings and legal opinions to support people policy topics and informed management decision‑making
• Preparing and managing labour court proceedings
• Advising on and steering restructuring measures from an labour law perspective
• Reviewing, revising and drafting labour‑law‑related standard contracts, agreements and policies
• Supporting group‑wide HR initiatives, programmes and projects with a labour law focus
• Working closely with employee representative bodies and their committees at group level
• Providing labour law advice on the use of external workforce, working time arrangements and occupational pension schemes

Your profile

• Fully qualified lawyer with a strong focus on labour law and HR‑related matters
• Initial relevant professional experience in employment and labour law, gained either in a law firm specialising in labour law or in an in‑house corporate environment
• Sound knowledge of German co‑determination law
• Strong project management skills, excellent planning and organisational abilities, and a strategic mindset
• An independent, structured and solution‑oriented working style, combined with a strong service mindset and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
• Strong conflict resolution and mediation capabilities
• Outstanding communication and networking skills, with strong negotiation and influencing abilities
• Very good MS Office skills
• Business‑fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
