Join our strategic project in North-West Germany, part of a major national initiative to expand Germany’s hydrogen network and accelerate the transition to low-carbon industrial energy.

We’re looking for a Project HSE Administrator for an immediate start near Düsseldorf, supporting our HSE Department with coordination, documentation management, and day‑to‑day operational oversight throughout the project.

The role requires daily presence on site.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the HSE team in line with company procedures.
• Manage monthly HSE reporting and maintain accurate documentation (observation cards, incident reports, audit results).
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and HSE regulations.
• Prepare documents, memos, letters, meeting minutes and maintain filing systems.
• Update HSE information systems and support coordination of HSE training sessions.
• Handle purchase orders, invoice logging, and general administrative tasks.

Requirements:

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in HSE administration within industrial or Oil & Gas environments.
• HSE qualification preferred (NEBOSH, BSC, or equivalent).
• Previous experience delivering HSE training sessions or toolbox talks would be considered a plus
• Strong command of English (C2 or equivalent).
• German language proficiency B1 or higher.
• Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Immediate availability.
