Manager SHEQ Compliance (d/f/m)

What you´ll do

• Driving strategic development and harmonization of SHEQ requirements on global level
• Engagement with Top Managament stakeholders, challenging existing business practices, lead discussions to establish a standardized SHEQ governance framework across the organization
• Lead and drive the global harmonization and standardization of SHEQ requierements across all business units, ensuring full alignment with Henkel's strategic direction/standards
• Serve as the central coordinator for SHEQ initiatoves by facilitating high-level interdepartmental discussiuon and securing consensus among key stakeholders
• Manage and lead cross-functional working groups on diverse SHEQ topics, ensuring structured collaboration, robust knowlegde sharing, and effective implementation of harmonized SHEQ requierements
• Present and communicate regulatory changes to broad range of stakeholders, incl. Top Mgmt, to ensure strategic alignment and foster organizational committment
• Oversee and drive the design, development, and execution of training initiatives, incl. the creation of comprehensive training materials, to guarantee global adherence to SHEQ requierements
• Continuously evaluate and enhance SHEQ processes by driving digital transformation, and fostering innovation across global operations

What makes you a good fit

• Master Degree in Safety, Health, Environment, Quality
• Several years of professional experience in SHEQ
• Strong leadership skills in managing cross-functional working groups, structuring complex projects and ensuring effective communication and implementation of SHEQ procedures
• Extensive professional experience in the area of SHEQ, preferably on global level
• High digital literacy and the capability to drive innovation in compliance processes
• Ability to challenge existing business practices and drive meaningful change within the organization
