Manager Marketing & Strategy and PMO (d/f/m)

What you´ll do

• Drive and execute strategic projects and initiatives globally within the SBU Industrial Adhesives
• Drive and execute projects to improve processes and interactions globally within the SBU
• Contribute to global marketing and strategy initiatives and align those with all relevant stakeholders such as sales, innovation, supply chain
• Facilitate the annual strategy process for market segments, as well as the interface to technology strategies
• Analyze and utilize data of internal reporting systems and external sources to derive meaningful contributions to strategic initiatives
• Responsible for planning and execution of Marketing & Strategy Leadership Team meetings
• Organize and steer internal alignment of the Marketing & Strategy Team and interfaces with other functions
• Capture and track performance of Key Strategic Initiatives of the Marketing & Strategy Team

What makes you a good fit

• Master's degree in Marketing, Strategy, Innovation Management or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experiences in Strategy, (digital) Marketing and Project Management, in B2B environment
• Experience in Data Analytics, Digital Marketing, Digitalization and Change management
• Strong intercultural communication skills, leadership skills as well as confident handling of stakeholder management
• Strong analytical and strategic understanding and project management
• Fluent written and oral English skills
