STORE MANAGER (M/F/X)

• Create memorable customer experiences: You will support the team in delivering meaningful in-store experiences that build lasting brand loyalty
• Manage the day-to-day business in the store. You organise the store and have an eye for numbers, order and cleanliness.
• Drive our omni-channel approach. You are an expert in linking stationary and digital retail.
• Live our corporate culture. Cultivate a positive culture where everyone is valued and empowered to succeed through feedback and career development. Act as a motivating role model for your team.

Do not hesitate to apply if

• you have completed an apprenticeship or have comparable experience in the beauty, cosmetics, retail, fashion or catering sector.
• you have at least 3 years of management experience.
• you have strong organisational, analytical and business management skills as well as a passion for great beauty products.
• you have strong social intelligence and communication skills and can hold conversations in English .
