Regional Marketing Manager, DIY Home Energy Storage - DACH

We are looking for a Regional Marketing Manager to support the growth of our DIY Home Energy Storage business across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

The role focuses on developing and executing regional marketing strategies for plug-and-play balcony solar and home energy storage products. You will work closely with regional Sales, Product Commercialization, Product Management, Retail, E-commerce, and Marketing teams to strengthen brand awareness, support product launches, and drive commercial growth across the DACH market.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional marketing plans for DIY home energy storage products across the DACH region
• Translate global product and brand strategies into locally relevant marketing activities
• Plan and support product launches, seasonal campaigns, promotions, and retail activations
• Work closely with Sales and PCT teams to support regional revenue and market-share growth
• Develop marketing materials, product messaging, sales tools, and partner-facing content
• Coordinate campaigns across retail, e-commerce, digital, social media, events, and partner channels
• Support distributors, retailers, installers, and other commercial partners with regional marketing activities
• Monitor campaign performance, customer insights, market trends, and competitor activities
• Manage regional marketing budgets, timelines, agencies, and external service providers
• Collect feedback from customers and channel partners and share insights with Product and headquarters teams
• Ensure consistent brand positioning and product communication across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland
• Prepare regular marketing reports, campaign reviews, and regional business updates

Requirements

• Professional experience in regional marketing, product marketing, trade marketing, channel marketing, or integrated marketing
• Experience in home energy storage, balcony solar systems, photovoltaic products, batteries, consumer electronics, smart home products, or related industries is preferred
• Good understanding of the German-speaking consumer and retail market
• Experience planning product launches, promotional campaigns, and partner marketing activities
• Strong project-management and cross-functional coordination skills
• Analytical mindset with experience tracking campaign performance and marketing budgets
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills
• Fluent German and good English
• Willingness to travel within Germany, Austria, and Switzerland
• Independent, structured, proactive, and results-oriented working style
