Your Role
Your mission along with your team will be to develop and implement a Sales strategy that empowers our business within the EMEA region.

The core responsibilities for this role are:

• Lead coach and develop a diverse and talented Sales team in the region.
• Take charge of the day-to-day business operations in Germany & CEE ensuring good performance and results.
• Be an integral member of the Management Team Sales & Marketing EMEA actively contributing to the companys overall success.
• Proactively support the acquisition of new customers markets and sales partners as well as the introduction of new products while building long-lasting relationships with our stakeholders.
• Provide insightful advice to the team and management on emerging market trends opportunities and risks in the region.
• Foster an environment that enables the sales team to deliver on their key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Contribute actively to the development of sales promotions exhibitions and other sales-enhancing activities.

About You

We are seeking a business-minded leader preferably with proven experience in Sales management within European markets. Our Business Unit is embarking on a growth journey and we require strategic thinkers who can drive business expansion globally. Your ability to generate business opportunities collaborate effectively and build high-performing teams will be key to your success and ours as a team.

As a person you possess the ability to lead yourself and your team through any challenge. You stand out with your engaging and coaching leadership style combined with a result-oriented approach.

We value your natural decision-making skills and your ability to set high standards that propel the entire sales function forward. Moreover you should have a proven understanding of business dynamics and the capacity to establish enduring business relationships.

We believe that effective communication is crucial so fluency in both written and verbal English is a must. Knowledge of the German language is advantageous. We envision you as the next generation sales manager who anticipates the needs of the future.

As the Regional Sales Manager Germany & CEE Tube you will report to the Sales & Marketing Director Tube EMEA.
