Working student (m/f/d) - Legal Counsel

We are currently hiring for an exciting opportunity as a Working student (m/f/d) – Legal Counsel to join our Legal Department.

Location: Düsseldorf, Munich or Cologne

Role Description & Responsibilities

• You will be in charge of contracts admin in EMEAI from the creation of the contracts to the contracts filing through the signature process, as well as support the DPO function in ECAL
• You will support local lawyers in EMEA and India with daily tasks such as Lex, NDA, PO, localization of contractual templates (including translation) and the administration of the compliance check for Distributors
• You will participate in internal and external meetings together with Legal Counsels and help with follow-up actions such as organizing meetings or drafting of simple legal documents
• You will support the Geo legal departments in EMEA and India in day-to-day activities

 

Qualifications

• You are currently an enrolled student in the field of Law
• Any experience in reviewing NDAs, Data Processing Agreements or working in the legal department of a company is of benefit
• You are friendly, open-minded, reliable and detail-oriented
• You are fluent in English and German (ideally another European language such as Spanish or Polish)
• You pay attention to detail and are eager to learn
