Accounts Payable Specialist mwd Vollzeit

The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for timely and accurate accounts payable processing. Managing incoming Invoice mail-boxes and sorting Invoices and distribute Transport invoices to stations and ask for approval of invoices. Follow-up and solve issues. Booking overhead invoices for below countries. Working in a team for Germany Belgium the Netherlands Austria and Poland. Month-end and Year-end activities.

Essential Job Functions:

• Responsible for timely and accurate accounts payable processing.
• Managing incoming Invoice mail-boxes and sorting Invoices and distribute Transport invoices to India.
• Contact stations and ask for approval of invoices.
• Follow-up and solve issues.
• Booking overhead invoices for below countries.
• Working in a team for Germany Belgium the Netherlands Austria and Poland.
• Month-end and Year-end activities.
• Ad hoc activities.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Talking hearing and using hands to operate computer equipment.

• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• 1 to 3 years general accounting experience.
• Must have ten-key (calculating) experience.
• Proficient in relevant computer applications.

CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSES:

• Professional certification may be required in some areas.
