If you’re ready to take responsibility and shape the future of telco infrastructure with us, then let’s level up in your career and reach the top – together.Your contribution: You develop sophisticated pricing evaluation models for both existing and new business opportunities across all marketsYou collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Technical teams to ensure all new opportunities meet targeted financial KPIsYou take ownership of preparing commercial proposals and securing necessary internal approvals according to the Delegation of AuthorityYou act as a key support for Master Service Agreement Governance, providing clarifications and ensuring commercial terms are correctly integrated into legal contractsYou coordinate with Billing and Finance departments to ensure the seamless implementation of pricing offers and track proposal execution against the business caseYou drive commercial transformation projects, such as automating "Lead to Contract" processes, and develop strategic retention offers for expiring contractsYou utilise your strategic mindset and numerical expertise to innovate and identify future growth opportunities within the TowerCo sectorWhat makes you stand out:A University degree, ideally combined with an MBAProven professional experience and accredited knowledge specifically within the TowerCo sectorFluent English skills, both written and spoken (C1)Strong commercial savvy and the ability to think strategically about business modelsAdvanced numerical skills with the ability to develop complex, Excel-based financial modelsExcellent communication and presentation skills, with a proven ability to manage key stakeholdersWhat we offer:A diverse, multicultural setup based on our values – accountability, respect, teamwork, and trust – and the unique opportunity to shape the organisation An attractive salary packageMaximum flexibility: With Full-Flex Office, you can freely decide how you’ll work upon agreement with your manager.
