Are you ready to take a leading role in shaping and delivering innovative Salesforce solutions for clients across the globe? This well-established yet growing Salesforce partner is searching for a Manager or Senior Manager who is skilled in Salesforce multi-cloud implementation.

You will combine deep technical expertise with strong leadership skills to drive digital transformation, customer engagement, and business value using Salesforce as a strategic platform.

Your responsibilities:

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them define their Salesforce strategy, roadmap, and transformation journey
• Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects, ensuring high-quality solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud etc
• Manage, mentor, and grow cross-functional project teams, providing guidance on solution architecture and best practices
• Support the go-to-market activities by identifying client opportunities, contributing to proposals, and building lasting client relationships

Your profile:

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce consulting
• University degree in related field
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce core clouds
• Leadership experience is a bonus
• Fluent German and English
