Operations Executive
Operations Executive supporting Cencora's World Courier global logistics and storage services. The role involves managing complex customer shipments, regulatory compliance, quote preparation, and sales development across international markets.
Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and suppliers
- Maintain client relationships and address complex logistical needs proactively
- Ensure shipments and customs requirements comply with regulations
- Prepare and present quotes for external and internal customers
- Generate sales leads and collaborate on account development opportunities
Requirements
- Training in business administration, logistics, or operations
- Fluent German and very good English language skills
- Strong oral and written communication abilities
- Problem-solving, analytical, and investigative skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines consistently
- Flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays
