What you´ll do

• Work on the portfolio strategies across hair brands
• Support on actively portfolio management for growth
• Conduct white and weak spot analysis
• Monitoring competitors’ portfolios and Innovation strategies
• Be part of a dynamic and agile team constantly striving for shaping the future of Henkel Global Hair

What makes you a good fit

• Student in a bachelor's or master's program in business, finance, economics or similar
• First relevant practical experience, preferably in strategy, consulting or business development
• Fluent English lagnuage skills
• Proficient knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• High level of independence, self-organization and output-orientation as well as a good team player
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Availability as of January 2026

We offer you an attractive salary between €1.050-2.095 gross per month. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
