Technician PD PU-Foams (d/f/m)

What you´ll do

• Create Innovations and maintain competitive edge of the current portfolio in the PU-foam business
• Work in development projects for new foam products based on polyurethane, acrylate, or silane and other chemistries
• Work in R&D projects with high criticality to business
• Design test series and lab formulations for new adhesives
• Conduct characterization and specification testing of new development products
• Scale-up and transfer lab formulation into serial production

What makes you a good fit

• Apprenticeship in Chemistry
• Experience with adhesives (preferably PU adhesives or foams)
• Ability to take the initiative and high degree of flexibility and a strong ability for problem-solving
• Good teamwork and communication skills to collaborate in a global and cross-functional team environment
• Fluent German and good English language skills
