Your responsibilities

• During the 18-24 months trainee program, you will develop a deep understanding of Uniper’s business, its value drivers, and the business environment
• You will start in New Green Power and Gas - Project Execution for the first six months of your trainee program and then rotate flexibly upon your career development path -you design your own placement plan and receive support from your own mentor
• You will contribute to and learn from our trainee community
• In your predefined home unit New Green Power and Gas - Project Execution, you will start your work focussing on Project Support functions and Project Management Office activities, e.g.: Administrative Project Support like Document Management and Contract & Claim Management. Technical Project Support like Scheduling, QA/QC Management, Site & Completion Management, Commissioning Management and Project Management Office like Project Office Management, Governance topics and Project Maturity Assessments.

Your profile

• Successfully completed studies in (industrial) engineering, business administration, economics or similar fields
• First practical experience gained through internships and/or working student activities, ideally including intercultural experiences
• Motivation to learn and develop in an international environment, taking the initiative and proactivity while working in various teams
• Communication skills and the aim and skills to network among different stakeholders
• Previous experience with document management systems (e.g., Autodesk Construction Cloud, Autodesk Vault) is a plus
• Project management experience (e.g. based on PMI or IPMA) is desirable
• Written and spoken German and English language skills are required

We are fortunate that, on average, more than 95 % of all trainees remain with our team after their program and take on an appropriate follow-up position.
