Key Responsibilities

• Conduct internal trainings on optical topics and work with the latest measurement and fitting equipment.

• Provide professional advice to customers and support fellow team members with all optical matters.

• Perform refractions and ensure that refraction procedures are carried out consistently across the team.

• Oversee the store’s technical equipment and contribute your expertise to store management.

What We’re Looking For

• Solid experience in refraction and/or contact‑lens fitting.

• Completed training as an Augenoptikermeister (m/w/d).

• Strong communication skills and a positive, enthusiastic attitude that inspires customers.

• Team‑player mindset with a focus on achieving shared business goals.

Working Conditions

• Employment in one of our retail locations – exact city to be discussed during the interview.

• Full‑time schedule based on a 5‑day work week.
