Sustainable Packaging Project Implementation (d/f/m)

What you´ll do

• Drive regional end-to-end sustainable packaging project management and execute in collaboration with Henkel Adhesive Technologies (HAT) strategic business units, production sites and third-party manufacturers
• Facilitate and support product launches through appropriate packaging selection and development
• Incorporate new and innovative technical solutions for packaging (materials, designs, processes etc.)
• Ensure 100% legal compliance for packaging components
• Manage projects in line with HAT sustainability targets, including recycled content, recyclability, reusability and reduction
• Support initiatives to reduce time-to-market for new products and improve the accuracy of packaging master data
• Execute and document the qualification of new or modified packaging components

What makes you a good fit

• University degree in Engineering, Packaging or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in technology-driven consumer or industrial production environment
• Strong stakeholder communication, management and collaboration skills
• Result-oriented and agile mindset with experience in technical project management (ideally with focus on sustainability)
• Fluent in English, additional languages are an advantage

Position location: Düsseldorf, Barcelona, or Dublin
