Job Title:C&I Business Development Manager – Solar PV & BESS (m/f/d)**

Job Location: Munich/Dusseldorf, Germany

Main Responsibilities:

• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in the Commercial & Industrial (C&I) solar PV and energy storage market in Germany.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial and industrial customers, EPC companies, and key industry stakeholders.
• Promote Huawei's C&I solar PV and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) solutions.
• Manage key accounts, including customer engagement, negotiations, sales forecasting, and reporting.
• Collaborate with internal technical and sales teams to develop tailored PV and energy storage solutions for customers.
• Support strategic business planning and achieve sales targets.
• Monitor market developments, identify new business opportunities, and analyze competitors.
• Represent Huawei at industry events, trade fairs, and technical forums.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of professional experience in the Commercial & Industrial (C&I) solar PV and/or energy storage sector.
• Direct professional experience with Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) is mandatory.
• Good understanding of C&I solar PV and energy storage products, solutions, and market applications.
• Experience in direct sales to commercial and industrial end customers is preferred. Experience in EPC companies or EPC-related projects is also highly valued.
• Previous experience in business development, sales, or solution-related roles within the renewable energy industry.
• Knowledge of PV system requirements and design is a plus.
• A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Eligible to work and live in Germany.
