Head of Digital Culture & Enablement (d/f/m)

What you´ll do

• Lead two core areas as Head of Culture & Enablement for Adhesive Technologies Innovation: Digital Communication & Enablement as well as Change & Adoption
• Ensure that digital and AI solutions are clearly communicated, well understood, and widely adopted across the Innovation/R&D organization
• Orchestrate all internal communication for digital solutions, from storyline development to launch planning
• Develop value propositions, messaging, and training materials
• Drive user adoption by creating excitement, visibility, and easy access to resources
• Build a structured feedback loop by gathering field insights and translating them into actionable inputs for Product and Marketing
• Lead and develop a high-performing team focused on clarity, consistency, and impactful enablement

What makes you a good fit

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Digital Transformation, Communications, Marketing, a scientific or technical field, or a related discipline
• 8+ years of professional experience in a technology‑driven or industrial environment with cross‑regional scope ideally in transformational roles
• Proven leadership experience in change management, communication, and digital adoption
• Strong experience working with product, innovation, or R&D teams, translating complex topics into clear, user‑centric narratives
• Fluent English skills
