Your responsibilities

• Supporting the department management in organizing, coordinating, and following up on meetings, workshops, and project appointments
• Coordination of department-specific appointments and travel
• Preparing presentations, protocols and working documents for the project team
• Maintaining project documents and filing systems
• Supporting project management in day-to-day operations
• Communicating with internal and external contacts
• Assisting in planning and implementing project-supporting activities

Your profile

• You are a student of economics, engineering, or a comparable field of study
• You have organisational skills and enjoy structured work in a team
• Confident handling of MS Office and CoPilot (especially Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
• Commitment and team spirit
• Independent and careful working style with a willingness to take on responsibility
• Good German and English skills
• Strong communication skills and reliability
