What You'll Do:

• Lead & Inspire: Foster a collaborative and engaging team environment, acting as a role model and coach to cultivate individual talents and drive collective success.
• Drive Commercial Performance: Develop and execute innovative boutique strategies that leverage omnichannel opportunities to maximize sales and exceed targets.
• Elevate Client Experience: Champion exceptional client experiences, building lasting relationships and fostering client loyalty through personalized service and engagement.
• Strategic Implementation: Implement the Maison's corporate marketing and sales guidelines, ensuring brand consistency and driving strategic initiatives.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee all boutique operations, ensuring compliance, optimizing efficiency, and promoting best practices across the organization.
• Represent the Maison: Embody the Cartier spirit and represent the Maison at internal meetings, events, and special occasions, enhancing our presence as a top luxury brand in Düsseldorf.

• Operational Expertise: Strong understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, compliance, and visual merchandising.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in German and English.
