Period: 6 Months
Work place: Düsseldorf Key Responsibilities:- Assist with daily office operations
- Support administrative procurement tasks
- Assist with team activities and marketing events
- Support employee reimbursement processes
- Process supplier invoices in the internal system
Requirements:
- Educational Background: Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Operations Management or a related field preferred.
- Other majors will be considered based on relevant experience or skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Independent work ability, communication skills and teamwork spirit.
- Language Skills : English and German for daily work communication and writing.
