Job Title: HR Service Specialist

Job Location: Düsseldorf, Germany

Main Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for administrative implementation of the particular HR tasks: Work contract creation & employee confirmation handling

• On-boarding and welcoming of new employees & interns

• Employee document management

• Work closely with payroll team & legal team

• Support the German HR operation team in special task and projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience with a focus on Human Resources and related areas. Additional professional education in personnel management is a plus

• Willingness to learn new

• Both German & English on business proficiency level in verbal and written, Chinese is a plus

• Great sense of responsibility and confidentiality

• Detail-oriented & solution-oriented work style

• Proactive work attitude & team player
