Customer Success Manager (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager (m/f/d) to join our team on a one-year fixed-term contract as maternity/parental leave cover. This position offers the opportunity to transition into a permanent role , subject to business needs and individual performance.

Our Customer Success Manager is the main contact person for our customers in all matters of Commercial Operations. The following tasks will enrich your working day:

• Drive revenue performance management, including customer acquisition, campaign execution, and performance reviews
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through regular interaction with assigned accounts and close coordination with internal stakeholders to resolve outstanding actions
• Build and manage strong client relationships by understanding customer needs, managing expectations, and ensuring the highest quality standards are consistently met
• Collaborate closely with Key Account Managers, Project Managers, and cross-functional teams, including Delivery, Marketing, Product Management, and Content
• Prepare and analyze reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), including acquisition and engagement campaign performance
• Plan and execute internal User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure product quality and functionality
• Analyze customer requirements and coordinate their implementation in collaboration with relevant internal teams

To succeed in this role, you should also have the following qualifications and skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, with minimum 3 years of experience in Product Management, Telecommunications, or the Digital Media industry
• Experience with digital products and services in the information and communications technology (ICT) industry, with a strong focus on mobile and digital solutions
• Strong communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel
• Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken) is required
