Day to Day

As a Director, Country Marketing , you will create our strategy and develop integrated marketing plans for the DACH region. This senior marketer will have experience in creating scalable programs with a demonstrable impact on market awareness, client or user acquisition, and revenue. This is a strategic role with the opportunity to transform how people find jobs and how companies hire. In this position, success will come from being an excellent manager who can drive marketing excellence and represent Indeed externally.

Responsibilities

• Be the voice of the market towards the rest of the organization by understanding key segments, market dynamics, competitors, and customer/user needs.
• Define the B2B and B2C integrated marketing plans for the country in partnership with the Central Marketing Teams
• Coordinate how Marketing budgets are deployed across all our audiences (Job Seekers, SMBs, Enterprises). Manage budgets for programs executed in-country (e.g., field marketing, events, hospitality, sponsorships, lead generation, content marketing…, etc.).
• Supervise the development and creative direction of our locally tailored Brand Advertising campaigns (TV, radio) in partnership with our central Brand team
• Negotiate the goals and KPIs to track performance in the country
• Develop and drive in-country sponsorship programs, proactively work with Eintracht Frankfurt to maximize our mutual benefits
• Be an effective member of the Country Marketing Leadership Team (CMLT), and Partner with and influence multiple global functions beyond Marketing to achieve the best for the country.

Skills/Competencies

• 10+ years of experience in delivering successful marketing strategies in fast-growing organizations
• Fluent in both German & English
• Customer focus, passion for creating amazing user-centric experiences
• Knowledge of Brand building, agency management, and Performance Marketing
• Experience in selling online products or services and partnering with large Sales teams
• Data-driven with proven numerical skills
• Team leadership with direct and dotted-line responsibility

Salary Range Transparency

Dusseldorf 117,000 - 159,000 EUR per year

The OTE (On-Target Earning) - including quarterly bonuses (25% of your salary) - is 146,000 - 188,000 EUR per year
