You will develop and manage target accounts, build relationships with key stakeholders in HR and Learning & Development, and drive growth across your portfolio.You will lead complex, end-to-end B2B sales processes—from identifying opportunities and analyzing customer needs to developing compelling value propositions and negotiating with C-level decision-makers. You have the ability to translate underlying business challenges into concrete, strategic solutions that deliver measurable value.The sales cycles are typically longer and require a consultative approach. Leveraging your understanding of the HR and L&D market, you will act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to both local and global clients.In addition, you will be responsible for developing and delivering persuasive pitch presentations.
