We own the end-to-end recruiting process for consulting talent—from application to contract signature—and play a key role in achieving our hiring ambitions by delivering an outstanding candidate experience.YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FORCoordinating and executing interview days for consulting positions in Germany and Austria, primarily in our Düsseldorf office, including scheduling candidates and interviewers, on-site logistics (e.g., catering), acting as the candidates' point of contact throughout the day, and post-event wrap-upOwning the end-to-end candidate journey for consulting candidates, from receipt of their application to the signed employment contractMaintaining accurate records in our central recruiting system while driving operational excellence through the continuous optimization of recruiting processes, systems, and tools, and enhancing the candidate experienceProviding operational expertise and insights by preparing KPI-based reports, supporting decision-making, and serving as a trusted sparring partnerContributing to recruiting projects, from process improvements and tool rollouts to ad-hoc initiatives that support the wider Talent Acquisition teamWhat You'll BringYou have a (technical) college degree, ideally with a focus on human resources management or business psychology.Some relevant experience in a similar role, especially in professional services, is a plus.You’re proficient in the MS Office suite.Your written and spoken German and English language skills are excellent.YOU’RE GOOD ATYou are open-minded, enjoy interacting with people, and know how to get candidates excited about BCG.
