We’re looking for a Senior SEA Manager (m/f/d) to drive and scale our search performance across international markets. The role focuses on building, structuring and optimizing our SEA activities with a strong emphasis on performance, scalability and international growth. The goal is to establish efficient processes, unlock new growth potential and take ownership of one of the key performance channels.

DEIN IMPACT

• Own and scale our entire SEA setup across Google & Microsoft Ads (Search, Shopping, PMax, YouTube, GDN – performance & branding)
• Strategically drive growth across core and new markets (DACH, UK, US, etc.)
• Lead all stages from campaign structure to execution and creative testing
• Collaborate with creatives, data and brand teams to build a performance engine that drives both revenue and awareness
• Implement tailored international approaches to accelerate our global expansion
• Define budget allocations, manage performance KPIs, and report learnings clearly to leadership

• 4+ years hands-on SEA experience, ideally in fashion or DTC environments • Strong expertise across the full Google & Microsoft stack (Search, Shopping, YouTube, GDN, PMax) • Experience in scaling across multiple markets • Confident with bid strategies, audience setups, testing frameworks, and creative strategy • You communicate clearly, move fast, and thrive on ownership • Experience with GA4, MMM, Looker Studio or similar tools is a plus • Fluent in English; German is a strong plus
