- Supplier invoice and exchange rate checks
- Bank reconciliation and petty cash management
- Weekly payments
- Reports to the Bank and bank balance checks
- Statements issuance (customers, subsidiaries, agents)
- Payment arrangements (subsidiaries, agents, customs)
- Profit, warehouse, and MD report creation
- Assisting in yearly audit
- Personal income tax filing (overseas residents)
- Successfully completed studies in business administration with a focus on accounting/finance or comparable
- Knowledge of German GAAP and German tax law
- ERP knowledge, MS Excel aswell
- Experience in a freight forwarding company is an advantage
- Business-level English and German language skills
- Experience in the Inside Sales, Customer Service or Pricing departments is an advantage
