About the job:

• Master operational excellence of our clients, drive digital transformation efforts and ensure smooth implementation of new banking systems and solutions for the biggest industry players
• Work on the frontline and assist with all phases of the project life cycle i.e. functional analysis, requirements engineering, project planning, technical development, testing and deployment to ensure project deliverables meet defined scope
• Apply strategic and critical thinking to develop recommendations that address client challenges
• Conduct workshops with the client to collect requirements
• Help client in defining use cases Responsible for the parameterization (development) of functionality for the Avaloq core banking system
• Respond to, and handle complex issues in testing and productive system
• Gather requirements relating to the integration of new systems
• Be in close contact and interact directly with our customers

About you:

• Master’s degree in Information Technology, Management, Economics, Math, Physics, Engineering or other analytical fields
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, professional experience in business analysis is a plus
• Strong communication skill in German and English is a must
• Affinity to information technology, programming knowledge/experience
• Professional experience in banking, wealth management and financial services industry is a strong advantage
• Experience working with project management methodology is a plus
