IT Specialist
We are looking for a skilled IT Specialist to join our team in Düsseldorf, DE. As an IT Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the IT infrastructure and providing technical support to our employees. This is a full-time permanent position in the IT department of our company.
1. Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure.
2. Provide technical support to employees on hardware and software related issues.
3. Install and configure computer systems and applications.
4. Troubleshoot network and system problems.
5. Ensure data security and backup procedures are in place.
6. Collaborate with other IT team members on projects and initiatives.
7. Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the IT industry.
1. Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
3. Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills.
5. Ability to work well in a team environment.
6. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft) are a plus.
