Our client is a major player in online marketing with over 90 years of history and approximately 500 employees. Now part of a world leader in e-commerce, they are developing a new sales hub to conquer the French market. As part of this "ex-nihilo" team creation, we are immediately looking for a:

Sales Manager France - Hunter / E-commerce & SaaS - French and English (m/f/d), Full Remote (Germany or Belgium)

What can you be looking for? Our offer

• A stimulating work environment: You participate in the creation of a new team and the opening of a market, with great flexibility and modern processes including AI.
• Quality integration: You benefit from intensive 6-week onboarding in Hamburg.
• Flexibility and balance: After the integration phase, we offer a 50% teleworking policy, 30 days of vacation, and the possibility of two weeks of "workation" in Europe.
• Attractive remuneration: A package including a fixed salary between €40,000 and €50,000 (depending on profile) and an attractive variable part. A commission advance is provided for the first 6 months.

Why we need you - your tasks

To build and develop the new sales hub dedicated to the French market, you will join a growing team under the direction of the Director Sales Europe. As a true "Hunter," your mission is to open new opportunities in a high-potential territory.

• Business Development: You are responsible for acquiring new B2B clients for the products presented on the platform. You manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to contract signature.
• Consulting and Pitch: You use innovative solutions including Artificial Intelligence tools.
• Market Expansion: You actively participate in developing sales processes for the French market and collaborate closely with the international team.
• Handover: Once the contract is signed, you ensure a smooth transition of the client to the existing account management team.

How you contribute to the team - your strengths

• Your Background: You have at least 2 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in the online platform or SaaS sector. You have a "hunter" temperament, are resilient, and are stimulated by "startup" type environments.
• Your Language Skills: You are fluent in French (minimum C1 level) to interact with your clients. You have a good level of English (B2) for internal communication. Knowledge of German is an asset.
• Your IT Knowledge: You are comfortable with digital tools and master a CRM tool (such as Salesforce or Sugar).
• Your Work Style: You are dynamic, autonomous, and possess high intrinsic motivation to take on ambitious commercial challenges.
